Junior Excellence
4 to 7
Junior Excellence enables players to excel with the range of fundamental techniques
Necessary of fundamental techniques Necessary to play the game At this level the
importance of solid foundation is taught in A structured format. Program runs from
October to March and May to August. Days for winter practice is Saturday or Sunday
and for summer we have three dates to chose from ( Monday- Wednesday - Sunday ).

Senior Excellence
8 to 14
Advanced techniques and tactics are introduced through realistic game situations
and developed into conditioned full sided play. The focus is on each players ability, to
understand And develop their role within a team formation. Program runs from
October to March and May to August. Days for winter practice is Saturday or Sunday
and for summer we havethree dates to chose from ( Monday- Wednesday - Sunday ).
Academy Teams
8 to 15
Designed for the serious soccer player. Advanced techniques and tactics are introduced
hrough realistic game situations and developed into conditioned full-sided play.The focus is on
each players ability to understand & develop their role within a team formation.
Tactical decision making and assessment is incorporated to allow players to improve their
knowledge of the game. Professional coaching staff oversee all aspects and there is an
established curriculum for players and coaches. Freedom to move players between teams in
training and games. Training is two or three times a week all year round.
Showcase Teams
14 to 18
The Academy program offers an insight into the rigor of college soccer. Players are now
forced to make tactical decisions under pressurized conditions. Development of team play
requires intensive training as the major focus, incorporating tactical, mental & physical
development to take players to the next level.Players are expected to push their comfort
zone, technical and physical limits ,and strive to excel.Players are expected to attend
practice. Professional coaching staff oversee all aspects. Freedom to move players between
teams in training and games. Annual U.S. Showcase Trip allows players to compete against
U.S Teams. Training is two or three times a week all year round.
